In the best interests of all our guests we have adopted the policy of no smoking indoors and no pets indoors.
For those wishing to smoke outside on the feature deck then seating has been provided.
OUR OPINION:
Good sized family accommodation inside and superb decks outside for when the sun shines! Our original Riverbank property; always very popular and deservedly so.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the cost of the booking is required
to confirm your booking. This will only be charged when the availability

your request has been confirmed. The balance is due for payment 30 days prior
to the commencement of your stay. Confirmation of your booking and payment
of deposit will be sent out to you, either by email, or by first class
post.
