The cottages are set with a stunning mountain backdrop of Ben Vhair, ensuring that there's Munros on the doorstep. To the front, there are open views across the shinty park to the Callart Hills. Meanwhile, just over the road you'll find the famous Ballachulish Slate quarry, long since closed down, but where made paths and interpretative signage offer pleasant walks.

Within just a 2 minute walk you'll find all the local facilities you need, including the local Co-op, Post Office and a pub and restaurant.

LOCATION
Centrally located in Ballachulish village, adjacent to the shinty park and within a very short walk to shops, post office, pub, restaurant and tourist information.

Ballachulish has its own walks through the quarry, into the mountains and by the lochside. It is also just off the A82 - Glencoe is 2 minutes by car to the east, whilst Fort William is 20 minutes to the north. Oban is approximately 45 minutes to the south.

NO SMOKING:
In the best interests of all our guests we have adopted the policy of no smoking indoors.

PETS:
One dog is allowed per property on condition that it is well behaved, kept under control and supervised at all times, and is restricted to the ground floor area only. A stair gate can be provided.

OUR OPINION:
An ideal location for a family or small group with the convenience of village living but retaining privacy and peace. We acquired these cottages late in 2007 and have made a number of improvements on what were already 4 star properties - Freeview TV, dishwashers, new comfortable sofas, some soft landscaping, lots of unique artwork for the walls to name but a few!

With 3 near-identical cottages, these cottages are also attractive for groups of up to 12 people looking for 4 star self catering.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the cost of the booking is required to confirm your booking. This will only be charged when the availability of your request has been confirmed. The balance is due for payment 30 days prior to the commencement of your stay. Confirmation of your booking and payment of deposit will be sent out to you, either by email, or by first class post.
